- ➤ Heartland Community College will consider a proposal at its Normal board meeting Tuesday evening to raise tuition and fees by $5.00 or 2.7% per credit hour — adding about $60 per semester for a 12-credit load as rising costs prompt the change. 25 News Now
HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ McLean County Health Department will hold a one-day Mental Health First Aid for Older Adults training at Carle Health and Fitness Center on March 3. The session, aimed at families, caretakers, employers, and nursing staff, will help participants learn to assess and support seniors (15% of whom have mental disorders). WGLT
