- ➤ The City of Bloomington is addressing a utility billing error caused by a system upgrade that combined old and new usage data and affected between 2000 and 3000 customer accounts—officials said the city will refund the extra charges and delay new bills until corrections are complete. WGLT

- ➤ Bloomington City Council approved a $68M redevelopment plan for the former State Farm headquarters to be turned into a mixed-use site with apartments, retail, and an upscale restaurant.
