- ➤ Federal immigration officials took a Bloomington resident into custody at the McLean County Law and Justice Center Monday for a misdemeanor — his record shows he was deported before, and activists at the county board meeting urged an investigation into local law enforcement’s handling of ICE — saying ICE should not work in local courthouses.
