Members of Victory Church in rural Bloomington celebrated the reopening of their new building at 10 a.m. this past Sunday after losing the old structure to a fire on January 10th, 2022.
The facility now houses Foundation Christian Academy for children in grades K-6, and the church will expand with extra prayer rooms, offices, and conference spaces next year—ensuring growth for the congregation.

Last month, MLB commissioner Rob Manfred removed Buck Weaver from baseball's ineligible list—making him eligible for Hall of Fame consideration—and Dr. Scott Peterson of Bloomington said his family has long fought to clear Buck's name.
