- ➤ The Bloomington Fire Department responded to a structure fire on the 400 block of Douglas Street Wednesday night that displaced five residents and left no injuries—fire investigators determined that carelessly discarded smoking materials started the blaze and affected tenants are receiving support from the American Red Cross.
