- ➤ The Normal Police Department is urging drivers to buckle up as it launches the 'Click It or Ticket' campaign from May 16 to May 27 — officers will patrol day and night to check for unbelted passengers. - ➤ Bloomington City Council approved a resolution Monday night to support selling the transit property at Main Street and Oakland Ave to Home Sweet Home Ministries—allowing development of The Bridge, a shelter village with 48 cabins and a community building.
